This study has been conducted with a comparative-longitudinal method in which data from 189 countries in the period of 1990-2014 (period of 25 years) has been used. Due to the data structure , data analysis was performed using the generalized estimator equations method. The results showed that inequality of income through the social instability plays a diminishing effect on the industrial development of societies. Also, income inequality from the channel of reducing investment in education and thus reducing the level of human capital has a reverse effect on industrial development. Based on the mechanism of the political economy of redistribution, income inequality leads to the redistribution of income through tax policies and thereby affects the industrial development of societies. The findings also showed that income inequality does not directly correlate with the industrial development of societies and it is only through the above mechanisms that influence industrial development. این مطالعه در صدد بررسی مکانیسم های تاثیر گذاری ساختار نابرابر توزیع درامد بر توسعه صنعتی جوامع است. این مطالعه با روش تطبیقی-طولی انجام شده است که در آن از داده های 189 کشور جهان در بازه زمانی 1990-2014  ( دوره 25 ساله) استفاده شده است. با توجه به ساختار پانلی داده ها، تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش معادلات برآوردگر تعمیم یافته انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که نابرابری درآمدی از طریق ایجاد بی ثباتی اجتماعی اثر کاهنده بر توسعه صنعتی جوامع ایفا می کند. همچنین، نابرابرای درآمدی از کانال کاهش سرمایه گذاری در تحصیل و در نتیجه کاهش سطح سرمایه انسانی، تاثیر معکوس بر توسعه صنعتی دارد. بر اساس مکانیسم اقتصاد سیاسی بازتوزیع، نابرابری درآمدی سبب بازتوزیع درامدها از طریق سیاستگذاری های مالیاتی می شود و ازین طریق، بر توسعه صنعتی جوامع تاثیر گذارند. یافته ها همچنین نشان داد که نابرابری درآمدی، بطور مستقیم رابطه با توسعه صنعتی جوامع ندارد و صرفا از کانال مکانیسم های فوق است که بر توسعه صنعتی اثرگذار می باشد.
